Crew Tokens — a little luck for the day
Tomorrow, your fate may change.
Each evening, after the betting books have closed and the day's scores have been announced, every player receives a Crew Token for the following day.
Crew Tokens are not awards and are not earned. They're assigned randomly during the Evening Fire Ceremony, so every crew member has an equal chance to experience every role across the weekend. Each token grants a small passive bonus for the next day's games.
At the following Fire Ceremony, all Crew Tokens are returned to the treasure chest and new ones are assigned.
Assigning Crew Tokens
At each Evening Watch Ceremony, the Harbourmaster rolls the Official SSRA D20 to determine each crew member's token for the following day.

Each player rolls individually. After receiving their token, they keep it for the entire following day. At the next Evening Watch Ceremony, all Crew Tokens are returned to the Treasure Chest and new tokens are assigned.

A note about Crew Tokens
Crew Tokens exist to add a little luck and variety to each day. No token is designed to be dramatically stronger than another — each offers a different advantage, encouraging different strategies while keeping the competition balanced.
At the end of the day, winning the weekend still comes down to teamwork, sportsmanship, clever strategy…
…and just a little bit of luck.
